Hand drawing skills are a vital part of the creative process not only for sketching artistic ideas but extending through to creating practical sketches for technical solutions before using the sophisticated CAD systems.

Jade3 Urban Masterplanning team with experienced urban masterplanners that can assess maximum site densities to ensure its financial viabilities of sites to avoid abortive work. The urban masterplanning approach relies on the real understanding of all the building use classes and its associated operational needs, site constraints and market viability. As a result, the urban masterplanning forms will be practical and deliverable. Most importantly the development cluster needs to be flexible and easily adaptable for different uses or building sizes as a result of market led enquiries.
